    Ann Hannon

Offering a compassionate space to explore life’s challenges, and the tools to support personal growth.

I offer a friendly, compassionate, and confidential space where clients feel safe to explore all aspects of their lives. I have experience supporting clients with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, grief, and low mood. My approach is grounded in the belief that change is possible.

Using solution-focused techniques, I assist clients in managing immediate concerns and equip them with the tools and insights necessary for self-reflection and personal growth, empowering them to make positive changes in their lives.

I’m a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, holding a BSc (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy and I’m pre-accredited member of IACP.

Creating a safe space to be heard, and offering support for growth and self-understanding

Creating a safe and supportive environment is at the heart of my work. I offer a compassionate and confidential space where clients can feel heard as they explore what’s going on for them.

I work with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and personal growth. I also have experience supporting individuals and families affected by addiction.

My approach is humanistic and integrative, focusing on both immediate support and long-term development. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy and am a pre-accredited member of the IACP.

  • Eileen Patricia Nevin

Calm, compassionate mind–body therapy. A gentle space to be heard, breathe, and heal.

I offer a calm and supportive space where you can explore what’s going on at your own pace.

My approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded in the mind–body connection, often interweaving mindfulness, breathing techniques and somatic awareness to support healing and resilience.

I also like to draw on more cognitive techniques such as CBT. I work with challenges such as grief, anxiety, stress, trauma, addiction, infertility and low self-worth, always with gentleness and care.

I hold a HDip in Integrative Psychotherapy, a BSc (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy, and am a pre-accredited member of the IACP.
